HMPRO issues 3-year debentures with an amount of Bt1bn, giving a 1.85% discount per year.

 

Home Product Center Public Company Limited (HMPRO) filed a registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the สล็อตxo issuance and offering of the Company's debentures No.2 / 2020 at par value. 1,000 million baht, maturity 2 years 11 months 28 days with a discount rate of 1.85% per annum, total offering value of 946,372,755 baht, no interest payments over the life of the debentures, offered to institutional investors on 12 October 2020 CIMB Thai is a bond registrar.


TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. has rated HMPRO's credit rating at AA-Outlook, stable credit on December 6, 2019.
